Panel Meetings

The Panel’s meetings are scheduled every two months to consider change proposals, its recommendations and any other issues relevant to the Code and its work. Depending on the volume and urgency of the requests it receives, the Panel may also hold additional meetings if required. The agendas and minutes of the Panel’s meetings are published on this page.

Panel meetings are currently being held remotely. For 2026, meetings are provisionally scheduled to take place every two months; however meetings may be postponed if the Panel does not have any business to consider. Details of any additional meetings will also be published on this page.

The last Panel meeting took place on 16th March 2026 (postponed from 27th February 2026).
